Police seek witness in crash that killed mother

Barrie police say the pair’s grey Toyota was leaving a Tim Horton’s on Mapleview in the area of Veteran’s Drive when it was hit by a black BMW driven by a 17 year old. The crash happened just before 7 p.m. The mother was pronounced dead at the scene.
