UPDATE: OPP officer airlifted after crash near Barrie

A provincial police officer has been airlifted to Toronto hospital after crashing an unmarked cruiser southwest of Barrie on Wednesday. Constable Kelly Daniels with the OPP says the injured officer is expected to live, but remains in serious condition.
