Accused Barrie bike thief turns himself in

A man turned himself in to Barrie Police Thursday after he was wanted in connection to a December bicycle theft. Police said a bike had been stolen after it was locked outside an Anne Street business, and the bike owner tracked it down to a local pawn shop.
