Barrie man arrested after cops seize $300,000 worth of heroin

A 30-year-old Barrie man is facing charges after police seized approximately one-kilo of heroin. Barrie police say the bulk value of the drug is approximately $100,000 however once it reaches the street level the value climbs to more than $300,000.
