Man caught with stolen backpack and cheque in downtown Barrie

A downtown business called Barrie Police Tuesday afternoon after an 18-year-old man tried to cash a stolen cheque. Officers learned the man had allegedly stolen the backpack from an employee at another business and was trying to cash his cheque.
