Shilo Beals arrested in 2004 shooting death of Kevin Bowser

Charged with first-degree murder, Beals will appear in the Criminal Court of Justice in Barrie, Ont., later today for a bail hearing. Halifax police investigators will travel to Ontario in the coming days to return Beals to Nova Scotia to answer to the charge.
