Barrie cops follow trashed garbage bins to make arrest

People called Barrie Police at 2 a.m. Tuesday after a man was seen throwing garbage and recycling bins over the streets. Police followed the bins in the Dunlop and Toronto streets area to find a 25-year-old man.
