Bystanders stop mom and grandma from possibly driving drunk with kids: Cops

BARRIE, Ont. — Bystanders blocked two suspected drunk women, a mother and grandmother, from loading children into a car and driving it Wednesday afternoon in the city's south end, police say. Police received several calls at 4:25 p.m. about two drunk women.
