Barrie Police find unconscious driver in car stuck in snowbank

A 30-year-old man allegedly blew more than four times the legal limit of alcohol in his blood stream after he was picked up by police Saturday. He was found unconscious behind the wheel after his car got stuck in a snowbank near a Bayfield Street car wash.
