Woman called 911 19 times in less than 2 hours: Saskatoon police 0

A 28-year-old woman was fined $1,000 for calling 911 in Saskatoon 19 times in less than two hours when she didn't have an emergency, police say. On Friday, the woman allegedly phoned dispatch to report someone trying to break into her apartment.
