Online registry aimed at helping vulnerable

An 82-year-old south-end Barrie man with Alzheimer's went for his usual walk around the neighbourhood at 9 a.m. last Tuesday. His family called police five hours later saying he was dressed for the cold, but they were concerned he hadn't returned home.
